Southwest Field Support provides full service for its party rental tables, chairs, tents and other event support essentials. We schedule, deliver and pick-up our quality event rentals for one fee. Pricing is based on round-trip mileage to the location of your event from our company hubs in Veguita and Albuquerque, NM.
EVENT RENTALS
Base Service Delivery Fee
75 miles round trip =
$125 flat fee
This base service area for rental delivery includes Albuquerque, Veguita, Belen, Los Lunas, Socorro, Mountainair, Rio Rancho and surrounding communities.
Extended Service Areas
76–250 miles round trip
$125 base fee for first 75 miles + $2.25 per additional mile
251+ miles round trip

What the Base Service Fee Includes:
-Scheduled delivery and pickup.
-Truck and trailer transport.
-Curbside or close-access unloading.
-Up to 20 minutes on-site for delivery.
-Up to 20 minutes on-site for pickup.
Additional On-Site Time
If site conditions require additional time (long carry distances, stairs, sand, limited access, waiting time, or restricted delivery windows), additional time may be billed at:
$25 per 15-minute increment
Setup & Teardown Services (Optional)
We deliver all tables and chairs in stacked configuration. There is no fee for customer-setup of these items.
If you prefer us to handle setup and/or teardown, the following rates apply and must be requested in advance:
Furniture Setup*
Tables: $4.00 per table
Chairs: $1.25 per chair
Furniture Teardown
Same rates as Furniture Setup.
Setup and teardown may be bundled upon request.
*NOTE: Setup pricing applies to standard layouts of event rental chairs and tables. Custom layouts or special placement requests may require Southwest Field Support to apply additional labor charges.
